Dear Colleagues and Friends,
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great honor and pleasure to invite you to join us for the 8th World Congress of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Techniques (WCMISST-2026)-a global gathering dedicated to advancing innovation, collaboration, and excellence in spine care.
Join us together in welcoming you to what promises to be a transformative event.
WCMISST has long been a platform where pioneering ideas and breakthrough techniques in minimally invasive spine surgery are shared and shaped. As we prepare for WCMISST-2026, we reaffirm our commitment to creating a congress that fosters scientific rigor, clinical relevance, and global inclusivity. Year-2026, we are placing particular emphasis on interdisciplinary collaboration, emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and the integration of translational research into surgical practice.
Our diverse program will feature world-renowned faculty, hands-on workshops, industry innovation forums, and sessions designed to build consensus on some of the most pressing challenges in spine surgery today. We are especially excited to expand our reach this year with new voices and perspectives from across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.

About WCMISST 2026
In collaboration with the Korean Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Society (KOMISS) and the United Scientific Group (USG), this year’s congress continues its tradition of excellence in advancing minimally invasive spine surgery (MISS). WCMISST 2026 brings together a global community of spine surgeons, researchers, and healthcare professionals who are passionate about innovation, precision, and improving patient outcomes.
Since its launch in 2008, the World Congress of Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery and Techniques (WCMISST) has evolved into a globally recognized platform for advancing the science and practice of minimally invasive spine surgery. Spanning six successful editions across North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, the congress has consistently brought together world-renowned spine surgeons, researchers, and industry innovators.
Each edition has focused on the latest developments in minimally invasive techniques, surgical technologies, and clinical outcomes. From foundational concepts and image-guided navigation to robotics, regenerative therapies, and real-time surgical demonstrations, WCMISST has served as a catalyst for knowledge exchange and international collaboration. The congress has played a pivotal role in shaping the future of spine care, fostering a global community committed to improving patient outcomes through innovation and education.
