July is a month of pleasantly mild weather at Houston, Texas. It remains cool as January with a little less rain and slightly more sunshine. It is Houston’s least rainy month. We encourage participants to dress comfortably in business casual attire. Meeting room temperatures may vary, so wear layered clothing to ensure your personal comfort.
Participants have to arrive at the conference room at least 30 minutes before your session begins. There may be changes to the conference program, for which participants will be notified in a timely manner. Ensure to submit your presentation to the organizers before the session starts or in the break timings to avoid time waste during the session hours. Speakers have to complete the presentation in the time slot provided. This will help in smooth running of the conference in timely manner according to the schedule.
There is free Wi-Fi in the conference room. As a courtesy to speakers and other participants, mobile phones must be turned to silent before entering the sessions. The event will be photographed. If you are taking photos, please turn off your flash.
